My NEW Ride!!! I had decided to purchase a new Honda in a year, when in retirement I would drive for UBER & LYFT in my spare time. My reliable 2004 Accord wouldn't I had decided to purchase a new Honda in a year, when in retirement I would drive for UBER & LYFT in my spare time. My reliable 2004 Accord wouldn't make the ride share cut! Well, sadly, my decision to buy a NEW Honda came when the 2004 slid under the tailgate of a truck that stopped short. I intended to stay in the Northtowns to look for a Honda, but when I visited Jackie at Lia (on a Sunday - the only car dealership open!), there was an immediate connection. Jackie KNOWS her Hondas, and loves to talk about them AND treated me like I imagine she treats her mom, respectfully, patiently, proudly. During the initial road test, she allowed me to test all the systems. I'm a "cruise" person on highways, couldn't believe the immediate slowdown when too close to a car! After purchase, Jackie sat with me for an hour demonstrating the NEW driving procedures, synchronizing my phone to the car's computer, answering my dumb questions w/o a giggle! In my packet of information, I found an appointment for my first FREE oil change (Dec. 2018!) Jackie also recommended I keep a notepad close to write down questions I had after driving awhile. Amazing Car, Experience & Sales Rep Jacqueline Andrusz I walked into Lia Honda not really knowing much about the Honda Clarity (electric hybrid car), but my sales rep Jacqueline Andrusz was there to assist I walked into Lia Honda not really knowing much about the Honda Clarity (electric hybrid car), but my sales rep Jacqueline Andrusz was there to assist me. She knew the car, had insights on it that were not on websites likes edmunds.com or Honda.com (both good websites that I read). She honestly was a lot like a teacher sharing knowledge on how best to drive the car, but also how to use the technology (which can be confusing). Things I would not have known, like that the car charges the battery when you use the pads on the side of the steering wheel, I would have used the brake thinking that would work. This was a refreshing and unique experience I had not found with past sales reps at auto dealers. I never felt pressure and also felt like she was on my side to receive the best quote possible, an advocate for me. I'm looking forward to purchasing future cars from her when my lease is up along with referring friends and family! Thanks so much Lia and Jacqueline for making my experience so great! More

My salesman, Austin, was beyond polite and courteous and reasonably understanding of financial restrictions and responsibilities I had. We were able to come to a good deal between us which saw me leaving the dealership with a new vehicle I've been eyeing for years. Likewise, the finance manager was absolutely delightful, straight forward and made the actual purchase part of the process smooth and quick. Austin went above and beyond with the set up of my car and noticed that the detail work done was sub par, so not only did he correct the visual imperfections he noticed, himself, he set me up with another complimentary new car detailing to rectify the original rushed detail. Because of his willingness without complaint to go above and beyond I would recommend him and Lia to anyone. Thank you! More
