We used to trust this dealer, but NOT ANYMORE! Very disappointed!!! It used to b a good branch, but not anymore. I met a very bad staff called Wes Pernatt. He was very arrogant and secretly charg Very disappointed!!! It used to b a good branch, but not anymore. I met a very bad staff called Wes Pernatt. He was very arrogant and secretly charged me extra fee even if I said I don’t want to repai that part. He still charged me that part. I talked to their manager, but he didn’t know the whole condition and still cover this staff without giving me any reimbursement of the extra charge. I will NOT recommend anyone doing service there, especially for Mr. Pernatt. This car is still under warranty. It is almost brand new. I will never go back to this Honda dealer for the future service. My friend and I used to trust this brand. But NOT ANYMORE!!! I don’t remember the managers name, so I rated all the manager in a poor grade. Sorry if you are not the exact person but still take responsibility for this bad service. More

He went the extra mile on several occasions, like taking me over to the detail shop to look at car that was just traded in rather than having me come back to look at it. He called me right away to let me know when the car was back so I could test drive it. When I went back he was busy with another customer so he made sure I didn't just wait, he had another salesperson Renee assist me. She was fantastic, very attentive and helpful. Of course i ended up buying the car. It fit what I was looking for but there were other cars at other dealerships that fit also. My final buying decision was certainly confirmed because of Antoun and Renee. More
