Desiree Frank went out of her way to make sure my car got all of the servicing it needed even though I just had another great experience at Lia Honda. Desiree Frank went out of her way to make sure my car got all of the servicing it needed even though I had only requested an oil change. I got to Lia Honda at 12:30 and had to be at work at 2pm. She assured me I would be out in time, checked in with me twice to make sure I was happy with what the mechanic was doing, and then she gave me a $25 gift card to Stop and Shop! I had a sandwich in the showroom, made it to work on time, and was very happy. More

This is a great department - I’ve been going to the service department at Lia Honda since long before it was Lia Honda (used to be Northampton Honda). This is a great department - excellent service advisors and technicians and John, the service manager, makes sure your car leaves in proper condition, and he’ll likewise make sure you’re happy with the process. I’ve worked with many of the service advisors, most recently with Desiree Frank, who is awesome. She’s been at the dealership a long time, really knows her stuff and is a pleasure to work with. More
