On Wednesday, (4-19-23) I spoke with Mary Butova about my interest in a 2023 Blue Civic Si shown on their web site. Her reply to my interest in traveling an hour to their store so I could see and test drive interest in a 2023 Blue Civic Si shown on their web site. Her reply to my interest in traveling an hour to their store so I could see and test drive that car was "We don't let people go for joyrides." Not only was that insulting, but their web site has a function to make an appointment for test driving their vehicles. If they're worried about so-called "joyrides", do what other dealerships do and have a store staffer go on the est drive with the customer. Mary also said she would e-mail me a picture of the car's window sticker after I said it wasn't shown on their web site. I never received anything from her - no e-mail, no phone call. Al in all, that was poor customer treatment from her.. More
