Although I was not happy to need the work required, it was a pleasure having Steve to work with. I felt he really cared about the whole customer experience, and I appreciated that. BEWARE ! STAY FAR AWAY ! STAY FAR AWAY ! MONEY GUZZLER ! I recently took my car into Lia Honda while it was under warranty for an issue with the Air Conditioning while it was STAY FAR AWAY ! MONEY GUZZLER ! I recently took my car into Lia Honda while it was under warranty for an issue with the Air Conditioning while it was under warranty. At the time, they wanted to charge me a 300$ diagnostic fee to determine if it was an even a warranty issue. That I understand, but someone under warranty shouldn't have to pay to check if something is broken because of a defect. I was instructed to keep driving until the AC stopped working again by their service advisers. I come back and am told by Luis Nieves the service manager that it's no longer their problem, that's just how it works, and that I either need to pay the 300$ diagnostic fee or go elsewhere. I instructed him I'd call corporate Honda but that set him off even more - responding with "they'll just tell you the same thing, don't bother". Stay far away, literally all just a huge money scheme. More
