Great experience I shopped multiple locations looking for the right dealership to purchase a vehicle from. Sales Representative Phil Bologna at Lia Honda of Enfield, was by far the most informative and personable sales representative that I encountered during this car buying experience. His low pressure, informative, honest approach to the sale made me feel comfortable. Phil Bologna was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles I looked at. He has educated himself on the products he sells and was able to answer all of my questions. He also gave me informative tutorials regarding the vehicle features. I bought the car from this dealership because I felt Phil Bologna valued me as a customer and I felt that I could trust him. I am thoroughly satisfied with my decision to do business with him and have already referred friends to him. This dealership should make sure they keep sales reps like Phil Bologna employed at their establishment as he will bring repeat customers. More

Prompt help for safety issue Jesse Robles set us up to have my son's SUV looked at, Greg Palm assisted us. And the last thing you want, or to be anxious about is one of those pushy salespeople or dealerships Car shopping is both fun and anxiety provoking. And the last thing you want, or to be anxious about is one of those pushy salespeople or dealerships who practically tackle you to prevent you from walking out the door shouting "what can I do to make you buy this car right now"...... Lia Honda, and specifically Allen Dionne, my salesperson, were just the opposite. Allen was the epitome of the car salesman who makes you feel valued, appreciated, and understood. He was extremely patient while I asked tons of questions, he was knowledgeable about the car and all its features, and he spent hours with me while I was deciding what to do. He was able to get me the kind of pricing that was fair and appropriate for the car that I chose (Honda Civic EX). He even met me on his day off to finalize the paperwork, take me for one last drive to show me (again) all the features, and hand me the keys to a wonderful new car. I worked with Jesse both times and he was so pleasant and through in explaining everything to me. He has been my main go to person for the last three cars I have purchased from has been an outstanding customer service representative for years now. He has been my main go to person for the last three cars I have purchased from Lia Honda. He is a good part of the reason I do all my general maintenance at the Enfield dealership. I drive past a dealership in West Springfield to go to Lia. Other dealers do not have the service and expertise that employees like Jon exemplifies! He is courteous and prompt.
