My husband Charles Cosgrove brought our 2013 Honda Pilot in for service oil change, rotate tires, differential work. Buying a car here was good. The service sucks. Almost every time I get an oil change for some reason it always ends up 2 hours. Sales manager told us "Don't bother to come back" We were shopping for an 2020 LX Pilot and had a 2017 to trade in. We were told by the sales manager Mr. Boccasile the offer was "only good for the day and don't bother to come back." Also, " why did you come in today if you're not ready to buy?" We actually left angered by his tactics--just for wanting to think it over? The dealership was empty--now we know why. We left and went to Curry Honda and bought an EX and are very happy. More
