I got my first Honda 3 years ago at a different location, when I went for service I decided to see about getting a new car. Greg Palm was polite and very helpful getting our warranty applied to repair our hard start issue! We were able to call and ask any questions we had and he had the answer for us! Dianna Irizarry was very helpful when I recently had my 2012 Honda Odyssey in for service. The work (oil change and brake fluid replacement) was done in a reasonable amount of time. She did speak to me about the need for front brake pad replacement and having the rotors turned, so I was able to get the additional work done at the same appointment. More
