I got my first Honda 3 years ago at a different location, when I went for service I decided to see about getting a new car. Troy Conlin made the experience so much easier then at the last dealership I went t when I went for service I decided to see about getting a new car. Troy Conlin made the experience so much easier then at the last dealership I went to. I ended up getting the car I wanted that day; Troy made it quick, easy and even enjoyable. When we were waiting on hold for the insurance company, we were able to chat and it wasn’t like buying a car from a stranger. Greg Palm was polite and very helpful getting our warranty applied to repair our hard start issue! We were able to call and ask any questions we had and he had the answer for us! Dianna Irizarry was very helpful when I recently had my 2012 Honda Odyssey in for service. The work (oil change and brake fluid replacement) was done in a reasonable amount of time.
