I recently purchased a new Honda Pilot with the able assistance of Troy Conlin. We had a 2003 Pilot for 16 years, but getting into a 2021 was a big difference techwise. Troy walked us through everything assistance of Troy Conlin. We had a 2003 Pilot for 16 years, but getting into a 2021 was a big difference techwise. Troy walked us through everything on this updated version. The fact that he is a Honda owner himself was beneficial as he could share personal insights of the technical aspects from first hand experience. I have to be honest when I bought my car in 2011 from Lia Honda, the service department was not very good (understatement). I stopped using their service center and drove further to Manchester Honda. I need Honda, the service department was not very good (understatement). I stopped using their service center and drove further to Manchester Honda. I needed an oil change and Manchester Honda was booking almost a month out so I checked out Lia which is very close to where I live... I got an appointment the next day. From the moment that I walked in, Greg Palm and the rest of the staff were professional and informative. And I didn’t have to sit for two hours waiting for my car to get an oil change. Lia Honda I will be back!!! More

A little more life has been added to my aging Civic thanks to service advisor Jesse Robles and the Lia mechanic who swapped out the rusted and leaking brake lines for new. I also appreciate the use of thanks to service advisor Jesse Robles and the Lia mechanic who swapped out the rusted and leaking brake lines for new. I also appreciate the use of a loaner SUV for six days. This was an expensive repair, but less costly than buying a newer car that comes with higher insurance premiums and increased property tax.
