Terrible customer service, both the salesman (Edwin) and sales manager (Aaron) were bullies. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I had been to the dealership a couple times over the last 5 years, and had good experiences so I went back this week after my car was totaled in an accident last week. Given what the current landscape is with cars I expected a tough time, but the way I was treated by Edwin and Aaron was ridiculous. I had not received the check from insurance for my wrecked car and Aaron said if we were going to do anything it had to be done “that day.” Given the situation I was in that was not possible. Their tones, body language, and entire demeanor throughout the entire visit was negative. I went to another dealership and bought a car there. Overall, very disappointing experience. I will not shop there again, and I will not be recommending Lia Honda of Enfield to anyone. More
I've had nothing but problems with this service department. After a tire rotation my alignment in the front wheel was knocked out of alignment. Tire rotation was supposed to be free after four tire department. After a tire rotation my alignment in the front wheel was knocked out of alignment. Tire rotation was supposed to be free after four tires purchased but they charged me anyways for tire rotation. I complained to get my money back. I go back for an oil change and charged for an alignment but they wouldn't give me it for free because too much water under the bridge as they said to me. So I ate that bill because I did wait to long to go back and complain. After the alignment was done my drivers door was dented because I believe they lowered a car onto a jack. They fixed the car door but would not give me a loaner. They reluctantly gave me a ride home after leaving my car in their lot for 24 hours before bringing it to a 3rd party body shop. They reluctantly came to pick me up after my door was fixed. The car that picked me up was filled with cigarette smoke, the driver drove over my lawn. The driver said, the cigarette smell was due to them giving the car out as a loaner after I was told they had no loaners. The car's trunk is full of body shop water marks on the trim leading into the trunk. The trunk lid has bondo on it, as well. They left the covering material in the car that is used by the body shop workers when I picked it up. I highly recommend never, ever use Lia Honda of Enfield unless you want your car damaged too. When scheduling my appointment online, I chose Jesse Robles as my service advisor because he was my advisor on previous occasions. He arranged a loaner vehicle and, with the expertise of the mechanics, Robles as my service advisor because he was my advisor on previous occasions. He arranged a loaner vehicle and, with the expertise of the mechanics, replaced my car's radiator and thermostat in two days. I noticed in the email confirmation of my appointment that Jesse now has the title Assistant Manager in the service department. He has earned this advancement. Jesse not only gets the job done, he is one of the good souls on the planet. More
