Ed Guzman made our purchasing of a new Honda CRV the easiest and most positive of any car purchase we have ever made. On the day of our delivery, while he finished up with the customer before us, changed the plates from our trade in to the new CRV, and got last minute paper work finished, he made sure we were comfortable waiting at his desk and asked if we needed water or anything else. He went out of his way to let us know what was happening and the expected time it would take. Ed made sure we were comfortable with the technology and other features of the new CRV when we were ready to drive away. Ed said he would call the next day to see if we had any questions, and we said that would not be necessary. I like continuity in my auto maintenance relationships and Greg Palm a Service Advisor at Enfield currently and Northampton previously is a huge reason I choose Lia Honda Enfield. Greg is an excellent communicator and responsive when I have a concern. Making appointments is easy. I recently needed a bigger repair on my 2006 CRV. Greg set me up in a loaner and called me when the work was done. I returned the loaner and paid for the repair and drove my car home. Easy peasy. There is a comfortable feel about the whole service department. The waiting area is a place I can get work done while I am waiting and when someone makes a cup of coffee the aroma makes me want a cup too. More
