I dealt with service advisor Jared Pott from Lia Jeep for service. He was attentive to my needed service that I was looking to have done. I was given an estimate which was lower than the final cost for the j service. He was attentive to my needed service that I was looking to have done. I was given an estimate which was lower than the final cost for the job. Drop off was easy as my work would take awhile. He kept me informed by phone of what additional problem they found that was the cause of a noise I heard and I approved the additional service. He called again when the car was finished and explained and documented all that they found wrong with my car. I did have to bring my car back for a check engine light two days later which didn’t have a clear cut cause found. Mr Pott was polite and seemed to be respectful of my concerns. More

Freddie Estrada did a great job explaining everything that was completed on my car. I was very hoarse due a cold/allergies and he was just so kind with my limited ability to talk.
