I was early to the dealership and I was greeted with a warm welcome and a joking banter which was very welcome by me. The service was for a NYS Inspection and a tire rotation. This was completed in a very timely manner and the appointment time was not even reached yet. I have used Lia for more extensive warranty work in the past and it was done to my complete satisfaction. Kudos to Mr. Jared Pott and to the nice guys in the parts department who assisted me later in the day who were outstanding in assisting me. More

Did work without permission and over charged! We offered to pay $350 which was what jiffy lube quoted us and they said no!! NOW THEY ARE TAKING OUT THE NEW PARTS AND PUTTING BACK IN THE OLD ONES!!! Double labor and A WASTE OF EVERYONE TIME!!!! THEY did this to us on purpose and I will be contacting the BBB!! Terrible customer service!! More
