vehicle inspection I took my 2015 Jeep Renegade to Lia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Colonie at 2116 Central ave, Schenectady NY 12304 for a vehicle inspection on 04/17/17 I took my 2015 Jeep Renegade to Lia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Colonie at 2116 Central ave, Schenectady NY 12304 for a vehicle inspection on 04/17/17. After two weeks the jeep started leaking engine oil very badly. I drove it up on a pair of car ramps my father brought over and went under the jeep to see here the leak was coming from, to my surprise the under plate (skid plate) for the front of the jeep was missing. The oil leek from the oil filter was so bad i did not dare drive the jeep the 2.2 miles to Lia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram for repairs i ordered the filter and oil on line and did the change myself. On Monday 05/15/17 i took the jeep back to Lia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and ask the attendant about the missing plate and ask him to go ask the mechanic that worked on the jeep if they still have the plate and that i wanted them to put it back on . The attendant apparently went to ask the mechanic about the missing plate he came back and denied that they even took the plate off . understand the jeep has 3 plates two at the rear at on both sides of the vehicle and the large one at the front, under the engine, that is kept in place with four screws. By this time another attendant came over (this attendant is the one that processed the paperwork for the vehicle inspection on 04/17/17) and they both then denied that the mechanic had taken the plate off. They tried to place the blame on anyone but them suggestion that i had taken the jeep to another mechanic and that once again it was not them and then actually tried to convince me that the under plate had just fallen off ( I both the jeep from them in 2015, the only problem i have ever had with the jeep is a puncture tire no other mechanical problems at all). I worked for the US Army motor pool 101 signal Battalion C company for eight years and a deployment, I am not the worlds best mechanic but i know enough and that plate can't CANT just fall off. The first attendant then snickers and laughs at me saying you are not even a customer with us. xxx I buy a Jeep from them that cost around 25k I take it to get the one problem fix with them (puncture tire) I take it to get a new inspection with them and i am apparently not a customer xxx. I want my under plate (skid plates) back! . More

Worst dodge dealer ever Lia dodge ram is the worst dealer I have dealt with in a long time. Bought a 2015 ram 3500 from them March 13th of this year. Rob Fulita was the most Lia dodge ram is the worst dealer I have dealt with in a long time. Bought a 2015 ram 3500 from them March 13th of this year. Rob Fulita was the most useless salesmen I have ever had dealings with. He was great until I agreed to purchase the vehicle. Then after that I couldn’t get him to return any of my calls and when I could eventually get him on the phone he argued with me and pushed off every question I had as someone else’s responsibility. I had a few issues which it seemed would be resolved by one of the managers, Matt Dyer, but in similar fashion return phone calls were promised then nonexistent. After a long and frustrating process I was able to reach out to the general manager, Chris Snyder, who was helpful in resolving some of the issues I had. Issue one: I am from CT and the service the dealer uses to register out of state plates (REG-USA or Dealer track) Took 31 days from the date of sale to actually get me my CT plates and registration. This is exactly one day after the temp plate expired. Issue two: Although the dealer had put new tires on the truck the steering wheel was not straight after they did the alignment (approx. 30degrees off center) and the satellite radio was not activated. I didn’t notice this until I was on my way home. No big deal I thought, I called on my way home (30 mins after purchase) and left a message for the salesmen. A few days went by, another message left for the salesmen and still no call back (both days the receptionist confirmed Rob was in when I called and I received no call back, so as far as I am concerned he was intentionally ducking my calls). After no call back I finally just called and paid to activate the satellite radio myself. I put a call into Chris Synder at which point Rob magically was able to finally call me back to argue that I hadn’t paid to activate the satellite radio because he had activated it. (Not even worth fighting about it, I paid the $30 myself and it was turned on less than 5 mins after I called Sirius.). After some back and forth Chris Snyder agreed to pay the NorthHampton Lia Dodge dealer to re-do the alignment. Spoke with the Service manager from the NorthHampton store and they were in-between alignment machines and can do it in 2 weeks. Fast forward 3 weeks, every time I call the service manager at the North Hampton store he apologizes for not calling back and will get back to me by the end of the day. Of course in true Lia fashion, no return phone calls. A follow up email to Chris Snyder today (4-27-17) asking if he would be willing to reimburse me and I would have my local dealer perform the alignment ($120) I didn’t get a response from Chris but almost an immediate call From the North Hampton service department. Needless to say I am not sure these people can operate a Phone let alone an alignment machine. I will leave this job to my local dealer and eat the $120. After spending close to $50k at this dealer, if I could do it all again I would have waited until my local dealer found me something. Maybe they didn’t care about me because I was from out of state and they didn’t think I would be a repeat customer. Whatever it was, once they had the sale I didn’t matter to them anymore…. Or maybe their customer service is just that bad. Either way I wouldn’t recommend even my worst enemy to this dealer. I looked past their terrible ratings online because they had the truck I was looking for when no other dealers around me did. So unless they have a gem that no one else does, steer clear of this dealership at all costs. Bill Lia Sr and or Bill Lia Jr, I hope you read this. I called your office to try and resolve this before leaving negative feedback. I spoke with Sarah (Your executive secretary?) who assured me you would call me back. Of course that return phone call never took place either, even after calling back and leaving two messages…. More

Their advertised prices are a hold faced lie! I contacted them about a 2017 dodge grand caravan and they emailed me a price of $21,595! I called and confirmed the price and payment amount and made arrangements to see the vehicle the next day after explaining I was driving almost two hundred miles to do this. I drove 2 hours only to get there and have them inform me that the actual price was $26,995! That's a big difference! The only reason I drove that far was to save money! They pulled a bait and switch counting on me not wanting to drive so far and leave with nothing! Well their bluff got called because i walked out! I am going to get my new can elsewhere after their shiester routine! Unless you'll pay any price and don't care if they screw you, do NOT go to this dealership! More
