Stranded and no one Will talk to me! My husband and son called numerous times to speak with a manager, to authorize the expense of the tow that Gerry, the salesman said he ordered hours b My husband and son called numerous times to speak with a manager, to authorize the expense of the tow that Gerry, the salesman said he ordered hours before when the service department was still open, at 4, also spoke with Ben The finance guy and he assured us it was covered. Waited a couple of hours and no tow truck, so we called back and spoke with Dustin after calls were transferred to voicemails or just put on hold and no one picked up the phone. Dustin gave us the road side assistance number, when we had the road side assistance operator on she said we were not covered, so my husband call back and Courtany Transfer us all over and we finally got another young lady, I didn't quite get her name, we ask her to speak with a manager, she said, Justin was the only manager left, it was now 7:30, 3.5 hours and no help, she put me on the phone, I waited for 20 mins, Justin never came to the phone. That is horrible service and i have never been treated so badly. More
