This was the best experience that I have ever had at a dealership. Friendly, courteous and overall just a great crew! I feel very much compelled to write a review about Northampton Jeep because they made purchasing a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee an enjoyable and pain free buying experience which is the exact opposite I Northampton Jeep because they made purchasing a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee an enjoyable and pain free buying experience which is the exact opposite I received trying to buy a jeep at another local dealership. General Manager Murray Fanning and Product Specialist Pat Tyning could not have been any more helpful in answering any and all questions, and both were most pleasant and professional. The finance person was a joy to work with explaining everything and no pressure. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a Jeep, Chrysler, Ram, or Dodge to go to Northampton and I am sure they will be most pleasantly surprised at easy a buying experience it will be for them. Aaron Gomes was a knowledgable salesman with a friendly easy going personality. My wife and i had a great experience at Northampton JEEP. As a result we purchased a new 2013 Grand Cherokee Overland Summit Edition with a V8 HEMI. We stopped by at 4:05 on a Sunday evening because we sa As a result we purchased a new 2013 Grand Cherokee Overland Summit Edition with a V8 HEMI. We stopped by at 4:05 on a Sunday evening because we saw this new JEEP dealer. We were amazed by the selection and inventory available. Even though the store was closing, Murray invited us in to the show room and even offered us a test drive that day. It actually blew me away that he put a potential customer first over closing up shop and going home on a Sunday night ( A+ customer service ). We left with his card and consideration that we might return. Two weeks elapsed and I had completed my research on the brand and my trade value so gave Murray a call. I explained that I was the person from that Sunday night and he remembered the specific JEEP I was interested. He set up a test drive of the car for that afternoon and had the JEEP ready when I arrived. Needless to say the 2013 Grand Cherokee Overland Summit Edition sold itself. The European design features really show through in this model. Aside from the JEEP badge on the steering wheel, I could have been fooled it believing I was driving a BENZ ML550 or BMW X5. However the pricing and incentives are tremendous. Murray appraised my old vehicle ( Toyota 4 Runner ) and offered me a solid high end of wholesale trade value. Determining the purchase price was painless and fair at $8 bucks over invoice. Then applying cash back incentives that knocked the car down an additional $2,500 (WOW). But wait, there is more... They throw is free oil changes for life of the vehicle while I own it ( easily another $2,500 value ). We let the dealership find us the best bank and finance rate and approval and literally signed and drove off the next day! It was that easy and that is why I am taking the time to write this note. I have purchased over 20 cars since 1987 and have never had a better experience. So congratulations to Murray and the team at Northampton JEEP on their new journey. We were JEEP # 7 off the lot for this new dealer and I am sure we will be back for more. Todd & Kimberly Green More
