I drove out there on a Friday night and showed them my trade. On Monday Sean drove my brand new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland to me in Albany. Sean took care of all the NYS DMV paperwork. At no time did I ever feel pressured or crowded. I returned to the dealership several days later and was pleased with the offer given to me for my trade. Pat also addressed all issues I found with the new vehicle. I never felt that I was asking too much or being too picky. Having poor car buying experiences in the past, I was nervous to buy a new car.
