We bought 2 cars & refered 2 people there, who purchased cars. The customer service was horrible & the sales person would NEVER return my phone calls! He wanted the sale & once he got it- that was it! No more contact! Lies & broken promises. I had an issue with my Jeep & had to take it in for service. I spoke with the new GM, Justin & he made sure i was taken care of. He has gone above & beyond! Since Justin has taken over we have purchased 3 new cars & it has been the best experience ever! The crew there is so helpful & great! I would highly recommend going there to look for a new car, you will not get better service anywhere ekse! More

The staff are wonderful, the office is beautiful and clean, and they have a great selection. I had the pleasure of meeting Audra who helped me pick out my new Jeep. She is friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. She is honest and patient and is proficient at what she does. Audra went above and beyond to accommodate my vehicle preferences and my financial needs. When she saw my old Jeep that I pulled up in practically in shambles, she saw to it that I drove home in my new vehicle that night! Anissa, the GM, is also a very personable and wonderful to work with. He sat with us for over an hour and made sure that we were happy with our decision and that I understood all of the paperwork. He truly takes pride in his employees and business. Anissa provided us with excellent customer service and was also very accommodating to our needs. He leads by example and holds a high standard for his staff. Every person that you come across in this company will provide you with excellent service. I fully recommend LCJDR Northampton to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicles. More

Jeep Patriot for the win I stumbled into Lia Jeep Dodge RAM Northampton around 7 times before I was able to find the vehicle I wanted. Graciella, AKA Gracie, was the first ass I stumbled into Lia Jeep Dodge RAM Northampton around 7 times before I was able to find the vehicle I wanted. Graciella, AKA Gracie, was the first associate to approach me and help me find the Jeep for me. Although I struggle with commitment, I agreed to buy two other cars before I finally settled on the Jeep Patriot, Gracie helped me the entire way. She was patient, although I wouldn't blame her if she wasn't due to me going back and forth on committing to a particular vehicle, she was incredibly friendly and she helped me realize when I found the Jeep for me. Overall the experience was probably more painful for her, for dealing with me for over 2 weeks, than it was for me and my fear of commitment. Stop by Lia Northampton and see Gracie for your next car buying experience, she's fun and she'll get you in the right vehicle. More

No courtesy here I recently purchased a used vehicle from Lia CJDR. While I LOVE my "new-to-me" vehicle & the salesperson was pleasant, I could not be more unhappy & I recently purchased a used vehicle from Lia CJDR. While I LOVE my "new-to-me" vehicle & the salesperson was pleasant, I could not be more unhappy & disappointed with my experience. After picking up it up, I noticed the oil change sticker was not changed at the left corner of the windshield, prompting me to call & ask if the oil had indeed been changed as it was now over that mileage before the vehicle was delivered to me. They had told me yes it was. I was going to be taking a trip so to ensure the oil was good, I took it to an independent business. Indeed the oil was NOT changed, it was a lie...the oil was dirty...& I know this because the service tech showed me the dirty oil on his fingertips. To top it off, I was not made aware that this vehicle was in need of power steering fluid (it was WELL below the minimum limit) & windshield washer (also at a very low limit which would have been nice to have filled AS A COURTESY)... I was very disappointed & quite frustrated that they did not top off any engine fluids or provide the necessary oil change to deliver this vehicle to me. Is this not common practice or at the very least common decency when you buy a "certified used vehicle"??? On a vehicle that I just spent a great del of money on, I ended up having to pay for an oil change & hydraulic fluid for power steering within 2 weeks of purchase. Not fair!!!! The day I picked up my new car, I had to ASK for my new registration before leaving, as it was somewhere in the dealership & not with my vehicle – good thing I thought of it. Next, I find out that they do not do their own inspections so you are expected to take the vehicle across the street with a voucher once it is delivered to you. Ok fine. But in the 2 days that the dealership had the car before I picked it up, they could not arrange to have that done for me AS A COURTESY?? When I did go days later to get the car inspected (because the other dealership was not open for inspections upon picking up my vehicle, causing me to have to go back), the voucher was not with my registration as promised when I picked it up days before. This caused a delay in my inspection, where I would have also had to pay for it, had the voucher not been recovered. Thankfully & luckily for me, someone from Lia CJDR delivered it to me after I called them to locate its whereabouts - guess I should be thankful. First I would say go elsewhere for a used vehicle, but if you should choose to make a purchase... make darn sure you open the hood & check all engine fluids to make sure they are topped off as they should be & be diligent about ensuring the oil change. These are necessities. Don't expect common courtesy either...there is none. Completely frustrating experience, I will not be back. More

Go anywhere else. Worst service department I have every seen. I brought my Hellcat back with a bad bearing noise. Had some kid in street clothes and his coffee in hand sent over to listen to it. He said it was ok. I told him I have been in maintenance for over 20 years and it's not OK. He told me all hellcats sound like that. The guy at the counter said I was worried about nothing. As soon as I left the dealerships my friend with a hellcat called me, I meet up with him and it was a huge difference in sound from his car to mine. I sent in a request for service and I still haven't heard from them. The next day I went to Metro Dodge and they had their SRT tech look at it and as soon as I started it he said it need a new supercharger. They replaced the supercharger is less than a day. That's where I'll be going for all my maintenance and I recommend everyone to do the same. More
