It wasn't Mike's fault and he apologized and moved me through the process quickly while answering any questions I had. Instead, both Tim Mitchell and Alma Jimenez were very friendly and professional and they truly cared about what I wanted and tried to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted. OK, so we are definitely Lexus fans. Since 1993, we've purchased (6) different models fromm this dealership... reason??? Great staff and service, and we love Lexus. We actually went to the Audi dealer purchased (6) different models fromm this dealership... reason??? Great staff and service, and we love Lexus. We actually went to the Audi dealership down the street, to test drive the A6 Quattro... well, waited 40 minutes for them to find a car, then they drove up in a very dirty car. Next stop was our old faithful, Lexus in Woodland Hills, and we now have a beautiful 2013 GS 350... It's in the garage and I'm very happy. Fred was the best, Larry has sold us 3 cars, and Jerry was so patient ( I didn't have my glasses) explaining my new car to me. Mike in the (finance room) :-) was equally friendly and we are once again, happy Lexus folks. More

She made herself available for any questions we had about our new vehicle and always did it with a smile on her face. Jerry Banderas came over to our home and programmed our garage doors to our new vehicle the same day I informed Alma that I was having trouble doing it on my own! All three were so friendly, so accomodating and so easy to work with.
