This pertains more to their service dept. than dealership, but I see as one in the same. I am helping a dear friend through health issues, this particular friend is a repeat customer at than dealership, but I see as one in the same. I am helping a dear friend through health issues, this particular friend is a repeat customer at WH Lexus, she has leased several times before. Because she can't use the car enough, the battery has died, and Lexus Roadside (AAA) has come out to start the car. It doesn't last more than a couple of days, where the battery is dead. It is damaged from not being driven enough, it's a 2022 and only has 1K miles on it. I have had to help her each time, deal with assistance. She needs a new battery. I finally jump started it myself and drove it to WH Lexus. After explaining about my friends severe health issues, and not being able to start or drive her car, I was told that it could only be replaced under warranty if it failed the test. It did not fail their test, but has failed my friend time and again. They did not accommodate a new battery under warranty, they acted like robots who were not programmed for "humanity". I am certain someone there had the authority to offer a gesture of good will, and give her a new batter for Chr*xxx sake. After expressing my dismay, I got 0 emotion, and the parting words "have a blessed day". I don't see Brad or Peter's name below to rate, but my rating is lowest for both Very disappointing experience. More

I recently took my vehicle in to the service department, was greeted promptly by my service advisor Ly Do. I explained one of the issues that concerned me ( rear trunk door did not respond every time to au was greeted promptly by my service advisor Ly Do. I explained one of the issues that concerned me ( rear trunk door did not respond every time to automatically opening and/or closing) to him, and he checked it out for himself. It did not work properly when he did! When the tech tested it out later, the trunk worked as it should. Ly was able to verify that when I brought it in, it did not work for him! This was very helpful in speeding up the process of ordering a replacement part which was still under warranty and scheduling a corrective appointment . Ly is always professional, knowledgeable, and cordial. More
