Since purchasing my Lexus from Koons Lexus of Wilmington, I always bring my car to them for service. Customer service is a very important factor for me. Chris Pentz my service advisor was wonderful, very inviting, and knowledgeable. He walked me through my car service and updated me as needed on work that needed to be done. Again, i will continue to bring my Lexus to Koons because i love the exceptional service I receive every time I go. More

I really had the best experience ever with Ms. Danielle Stevens my service advisor. I’ve been coming to this dealership for years and I’ve had some bad service advisors before, this was my first encounter Stevens my service advisor. She seemed genuine, very nice, and checked to make sure that I was good every chance that she was able to.
