A nice, polite gentleman from the dealership picked up my car for service. Then my service adviser, Danielle kept me informed about the needed repairs throughout the day and explained the costs. Another nice polite gentleman returned my car. The whole experience was wonderful! I especially appreciate the valet service since I live two hours. What began as an off the chart service experience on my 2019 Lexus ES350 has descended into a most uncomfortable experience in communications and follow through. Your Service Department has erased all the good will it had created just before Christmas. I have been waiting several weeks for parts, bumper cover tow hooks, to complete a repair on the car. I have found your Service Department insulting and discouraging in their silence to repeated calls and emails as to the status of the replacement parts.
