I was disappointed to learn that my scheduled loaner vehicle was not available upon my arrival despite schedule one and a verbal confirmation the day before the appointment. I took my car for maintenance and purchased new tires. The car was shaking after the new tires. Took car back to dealership on March 25 and they replaced weights and rebalanced.
