Often, when the drivers call as our plane is landing to let us know they're at the airport, I mention to the person next to me who's calling and how phenomenal Scholfield Lexus services are. They are genuinely amazed that the dealership is so customer oriented and customer friendly. Recently, when I needed to return the car to the shop for repairs, one of my friends remarked, "Hah! Good luck, you'll have to go all the way to Lexus headquarters for that." Well, my friend was absolutely wrong--Because I go to Scholfield Lexus, I did have good luck with that! I just called, explained the problem and Scholfield brought me a loaner, took my car in, fixed it and returned it as good as new, all with a smile and genuine concern that I be completely satisfied.
