LEXUS ES 350 AIR BAG RECALL I received a random phone call from a customer service Rep. at Lexus of West Kendall. The Rep. informed me that I had to bring my car to the dealer AS I received a random phone call from a customer service Rep. at Lexus of West Kendall. The Rep. informed me that I had to bring my car to the dealer ASAP to have my passenger side air bag replaced and it takes 2-4 hours to have the air bag replaced. Even though I scheduled an appt., I had to leave my car with Lexus on a Friday because they didn't have air bags in stock. I didn't receive my car back from Lexus until Tuesday. More

Long wait I went because an alert of lane assistance. When I called to schedule I was told it would take about 1 hour. It actually took 3 hours.
