Lexus of West Kendall - Service Center

Service is not up to Lexus standards Brought in my vehicle could not find the problem sent me home or probably because a water leak detection does not pay that much so the technician did Brought in my vehicle could not find the problem sent me home or probably because a water leak detection does not pay that much so the technician did not want to do the job. Brought in the vehicle a second time could not find the problem. Put my foot down . Oh sir we’ll do our best to find the problem . Shouldn’t you have done that in the first place ? Is this Lexus? I probably get better service at a Hyundai dealership. Do you think my time is not valuable? Oh and did I mention they found MOLD in my car. So because they didn’t do their due a proper assessment the first time my 6yrold son and I have been breathing in Mold for the last couple of months.Their stories are inconsistent and they have no integrity. Turned in my loaner vehicle which had some concerns. Spoke to Ana who walked the vehicle with me and said I was only responsible for the door closed out my ticket then called me a couple days after saying I owe over $2000 to paint a bumper. I said I’m not responsible for the bumper and to speak to your manager an email me. Later that day a claim is filed with my insurance without my permission. Is this how we treat our customers? This is my 7th and last Lexus purchase I have recommended many friends and family members to Lexus but will no longer be recommending the Lexus brand . I will also take my story to social media to warn people about the integrity of Lexus of West Kendall. More

Excellent customer service. Was given an estimate of 3 hours for the services needed. We were given free shuttle services to explore the surrounding area while we waited. Poor communications Called to order service for my Lexus. Made appt. Then later same day called to cxl due to work schdule conflict..just in case. Then next day (day of appt) they showed up to pick up my car. I agreed as things worked out. The advisor Danny Sutter)called me to inform they were going to deliver my car the next morning. When I inquired on the time of arrival advisor confirmed after 9am. Day of delivery the driver showed up at 825am! This has been the most disconnected communication service I have ever encountered with Lexus. Unacceptable! More
