Great service as always and my car was finished quick. My car was bought in for a locking mechanism replacement which was taken care of the same day. I was given a loaner while my car was being serviced so My car was bought in for a locking mechanism replacement which was taken care of the same day. I was given a loaner while my car was being serviced so I was happy that I was able to run my errands instead of waiting a long time. The service also noticed an issue with my ac that I did not recognize and had the problem taken care of also the same day. When I arrived to pick up my car it was out front clean and ready to go. I love the Lexus brand because the cars are nice and dependable and the customer service is excellent. More

Long wait time Emilio was great as in the past but the wait time to have the vehicles interior replaced was well within 3 hours. Scheduled Maintenance of my Lexus 2018 I have two Lexus at our home, both from 2018, one is a ES-350 and the other one is a NX-300.
