I always dread the car buying/leasing experience but it was very pleasant this time around. We ended up leasing a Lexus IS and the entire process did not feel forced or overwhelming as I felt in every other dealership. William Mcvadon GSM is unprofessional & rude General Sales Manager William Mcvadon is extremely rude and unprofessional. Would not allow me to return my leased Lexus at The West Kendall dealersh General Sales Manager William Mcvadon is extremely rude and unprofessional. Would not allow me to return my leased Lexus at The West Kendall dealership. According to him I did not lease the Lexus at his dealership, so I am not a paying customer of his dealership. Will never lease another Lexus because of William Mcvadon. I had to drive to Lexus of West Palm Beach to return my leased Lexus. It took me 5 hours of my day not to mention the cost of sunpass, gas, uber to get to the tri rail and try rail cost to get back home. By the way I have 3 Lexus leased at this time. So how am I not a paying customer!!!!!! More
