Alexandra provided a personal and sincere investment in understanding me and my family’s unique needs and expectations. When it came to our questions about the vehicle, Alexandra had the answers without pause. We never felt pressured or misunderstood. Any unpleasantness we could have experienced was removed by Alexandra’s relatable nature and desire to help. We ended up not purchasing the vehicle due to personal reasons, but Alexandra kept in touch for an extra day to ensure her resources were exhausted for us. The level of quality care and consideration we experienced should be the new golden standard. More

She also arranged for us to speak with the service manager regarding questions we had about hybrid versus gas only vehicle. We normally consider purchasing of vehicles a stressful experience. We never felt pressured to purchase immediately, but were so impressed with Chelsea and the arrest of the staff at Wesley Chapel that we ordered the RX350L that day. More
