On December 12, 2025 I arrived in Tampa, Florida and visited the Lexus dealership in Wesley Chapel and I must say I had a wonderful experience. Maria Padilla Hinojosa was my salesperson and she in frien visited the Lexus dealership in Wesley Chapel and I must say I had a wonderful experience. Maria Padilla Hinojosa was my salesperson and she in friendly, knowledgeable about the vehicles and took the time to listen to my needs in a vehicle. I came to Lexus looking for the Nori Green RX 350H, but it had already sold before I arrived from Mobile, Alabama. Maria was persistent about getting me into my RX 350H and insisted I drive the Nightfall Mica and I am happy I listen. She made sure that I got exactly what I wanted in my vehicle. Maurice Hastings was excellent in the financial office in preparing my paperwork for this sales. I even had the opportunity to work with the General Manager Rex Hastings. My experience with the Lexus dealership in Wesley Chapel was outstanding. I have know complaints and would like to say that they have a great Team at Lexus in Wesley Chapel.
