Dominic Turner (service) is UNPROFESSIONAL. . He made a mistake on the bill and insisted in the beginning that he WAS RIGHT.. I change oil every 4 months due to my high mileage.. So last time i . He made a mistake on the bill and insisted in the beginning that he WAS RIGHT.. I change oil every 4 months due to my high mileage.. So last time i paid $123.85 .. I thought maybe price hiked? Before i called him i called Lexus AutoMall and they confirmed the price its 123.85 after tax.. So Dominic said : oh after labor charge is $195.94, we asked him what was that $66 you added on the bill for Bulk Oil, he said : thats for rotating tires …WHAT?!! Rotating tires for $66?!! He got cornered and couldnt answer then he said : you know what : i’ll just knock off $60 out of your bill.. I never dealt with Unprofessional service person like DOMINIC, people like him makes customers calls the place STEALERship, and i disagree with that, because starting from the receptionist, sales, account, manager EVERYONE IS PROFESSIONAL Shame on you Dominic Turner (Zero Stars) More
