He had his eye on the RC350 since it came out, asked the dealership to let him know if any were coming back in trade/lease, and sure enough, the salesperson with whom I've worked for years, Cami Robinson, gave my husband a call to let him know one was on the way. Well, suffice it to say that buying a brand new car was much more appealing, and the purchase process was painless. He will sit with you and explain how things work if you're not familiar with some of the gadgets in your new car. More

We were completely stressed out from car shopping with Ford. My fiance and I came to Lexus of Tucson on Speedway, and our salesman Mark treated us with such care and respect and actually listened to what Ford. He found us a beautiful 2004 Acura TL, that was well within our price range, and it was more of a car than we could ask for!! Mark worked very hard to get us a rate and a payment that felt comfortable to us, and the manager Carlos sealed the deal and quickly got us on our way. My daughters and I went in on a Tuesday night. The place was very busy, but that just gave us a chance to sit in every vehicle on the lot. I originally thought I was going to get a Kia Soul, but I ended up was very busy, but that just gave us a chance to sit in every vehicle on the lot. I originally thought I was going to get a Kia Soul, but I ended up with a Kia Sedona, which is spectacular. I couldn't drive it home on Tuesday as I didn't have full coverage insurance. Dan and I did get just about everything else taken care of that night though. I went back on Wednsday evening and finish the transaction with Eli, along with qite a bit of help from Eddie. Overall it was a very easy and painless process, especially considering my very poor credit and having a reposession on my record. Thanks again guys, especially Dan, we love the Sedona!! More
