This is my 3rd time buying a car from a dealership and the experience I had at the Lexus dealership on Speedway & Columbus was the ABSOLUTE BEST I've ever had! Luis Santiago is the MAN! He worked with the the experience I had at the Lexus dealership on Speedway & Columbus was the ABSOLUTE BEST I've ever had! Luis Santiago is the MAN! He worked with the Ofc/Finance manager and the bank to get me the respect- and interest rate I deserve! Luis saw how much I loved the car and actually listened when I told him how much I was willing to spend. He was so informative and courteous. He even stayed late to show me how to operate every feature on my car. Although I bought a used vehicle, it was ultra clean and he made me feel like I was buying a new car. My sexy car was polished and ready to be driven off the lot when I went to pick it up. The excellent service at Lexus made me realize how much I'd been duped in the past at other dealerships. I never want to buy from anywhere else!! He even gave me a dozen of red roses! I felt like Prom Queen! It was a truly amazing experience and I am grateful to have had a sales consultant who actually took care of me. I've recommended Luis and the Lexus family to everyone since. Driving 123 miles just to purchase a car is not a habit of mine, but it was the right decision. When someone does a great job there is usually not enough traction in that story line to warrant repeating, but even though the bank wasn't robbed and the house didn't burn down - it IS worth repeating. Phenomenal low pressure customer service, easy to purchase a vehicle and Luis Santiago is an excellent, personable and knowledgeable sales person. Despite only purchasing a used vehicle, we felt like purchase a vehicle and Luis Santiago is an excellent, personable and knowledgeable sales person. Despite only purchasing a used vehicle, we felt like we were purchasing a new Lexus. Luis took the time to completely review the features of the vehicle (non-Lexus) before we arrived and went over everything in great detail. Great experience and I would definitely recommend both the dealership and the Salesperson.
