After purchasing my vehicle 6 months ago ,this was my first service. Arrived at dealership 10 minutes early for my appointment. Waited one hour before inquiring about my car’s status. I was told a ser first service. Arrived at dealership 10 minutes early for my appointment. Waited one hour before inquiring about my car’s status. I was told a service rep should have contacted me. In addition, the dealership could not locate my vehicle!! I approached the general manager to inform him of the situation. Now it’s an hour and a half and a service rep finally approaches me. After he located my vehicle he said they would perform the service. It took about 15 minutes after this contact to have the vehicle ready. A total of two hours to lift the hood take a peek and close the hood. No oil change. Even though Lexus’s recommends changing after 5,000 miles or 6 months. This is entirely unacceptable for a Lexus’s dealership and certainly is cause for concern for future serving. . More
