Lexus of Towson - Service Center

The reason that I have purchased five Lexus automobiles is because of the service Lexus of Towson provides, and specifically because of the service provided by Scott Johnson. Both my wife and I find him to is because of the service Lexus of Towson provides, and specifically because of the service provided by Scott Johnson. Both my wife and I find him to be courteous, friendly, obliging, and honest, a true professional in every sense of the word. Dealing with Scott over the years has been a pleasure. He is always responsive when we have an immediate need, and exceeds expectations. I have considered other cars such as BMW but I doubt that the service could be comparable. As long as we can deal with Scott, and receive the service that Lexus provides, we will continue to be loyal customers. My wife car needed service i brought it to lexus of Towson.My service rep. was Ken Julian he was very helpful in addressing our problems . I have brought the car in for routine service before .
