I have been having my Lexus LS 400 serviced at Len Stoler Lexus of Towson (Maryland) for the past 5 years. Their prices are certainly competitive, but best of all, they go out of their way to save me money whenever possible. Most importantly to me, however, is the fine level of customer service I receive during each service appointment. Scott Johnson has got to be the best Lexus Service Advisor on the East Coast. He is always responsive when we have an immediate need, and exceeds expectations. I have considered other cars such as BMW but I doubt that the service could be comparable. As long as we can deal with Scott, and receive the service that Lexus provides, we will continue to be loyal customers. I was given a loaner with the promise that my vehicle would be ready before my next road trip. Mo kept his promise. I have taken my vehicle to Lexus of Rockville for service as well as Lexus of Towson and because of Mo, one of the best service reps I've had the pleasure to work with, I will have all my service performed at Lexus of Towson. I thought friendly and dependable customer service was something companies talk about but rarely performed. Mo has changed my mind about that. More
