I am in the service industry and I realize the importance of providing good customer service. As a new owner of a Lexus, I was unsure about going to a new service dealer and as well, a dealer that was forty of providing good customer service. As a new owner of a Lexus, I was unsure about going to a new service dealer and as well, a dealer that was forty-five minutes from my home. I was greeted by friendly attendants who directed me to a service manager. James Strand was extremely helpful and courteous answering my questions and then providing me with a loaner vehicle so I could continue to visit my clients in the area. James called on my cell phone to tell me the car was ready- one and a half hours early than was promised. The guest services staff was also friendly, helpful, and prompt with the assessed charges and payment. James then guided me to my washed vehicle and even helped carry some items from the loaner car to my car. Great service with a smile! I look forward to doing future business with Lexus of Towson again. More

I have been having my Lexus LS 400 serviced at Len Stoler Lexus of Towson (Maryland) for the past 5 years. This dealership has been nothing less than OUTSTANDING in seeing that each service appointment is completed with my utmost satisfaction in mind. The quality of work has always been superb, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Their prices are certainly competitive, but best of all, they go out of their way to save me money whenever possible. Most importantly to me, however, is the fine level of customer service I receive during each service appointment. Scott Johnson has got to be the best Lexus Service Advisor on the East Coast. So pleased am I with the service he has provided that I regularly re-arrange my schedule to ensure he is available when I need work completed. This was my first visit to Lexus of Towson and it was an awesome experience! Jim Dick introduced me to the service department and took care of my vehicle immediately when I got there. The reason that I have purchased five Lexus automobiles is because of the service Lexus of Towson provides, and specifically because of the service provided by Scott Johnson. Both my wife and I find him to is because of the service Lexus of Towson provides, and specifically because of the service provided by Scott Johnson. Both my wife and I find him to be courteous, friendly, obliging, and honest, a true professional in every sense of the word. Dealing with Scott over the years has been a pleasure. He is always responsive when we have an immediate need, and exceeds expectations. I have considered other cars such as BMW but I doubt that the service could be comparable. As long as we can deal with Scott, and receive the service that Lexus provides, we will continue to be loyal customers.
