He is always responsive when we have an immediate need, and exceeds expectations. I have considered other cars such as BMW but I doubt that the service could be comparable. As long as we can deal with Scott, and receive the service that Lexus provides, we will continue to be loyal customers. Mr.Butler's explanation of the Lexus Enform with Safety Connect, and many of the new features available on the 450Hybrid, gave me peace of mind, and "the thrill of the new car", with the comfort of familiarity...THE BEST ! His persistent search for my favorite color combination let me know he was truly working "to please me". The bittersweet trade-in of my (2004)RX350 was incorporated in the fair purchase price of the 2010 model. They say, the nicest compliment is a referral, and my nephew will be visiting Mr. Butler soon! I feel proud to be part of the LEXUS family of owners. More
