The reason why I rated the Lexus of Towson great for the overall is, because the respect and response Mr. Morrison had when he came out to the lot and I told him I was just looking. The interest he showed in helping me and answering all my questions. I was there for an hour looking at different cars and asking all my questions which he had no problem answering them with a smile. When I came in to do my paper work everyone was very nice and Mr. Morrison made me feel so comfortable that time went pass quickly. Even with the financial part the lady was very nice and helped me pick the best plan and warranty for me. Then Mr. Morrison has followed up with me a couple of times since I had the car that is great customer service. Thank You, Have A Bless Day More
Purchased a used ES 350 model over the Internet, back in April 2011, for export to Canada. The car was delivered to me on May 2nd, in Buffalo by one of Lexus of Towson used car salesmen, Mr. Tam Emerick. April 2011, for export to Canada. In the short amount of time I spent with Mr. Emerick at the airport parking, it was impossible to notice the problem I discovered shortly after – that there is a significant wind noise coming from the back passenger door and that there is a gap in the door alignment. It is important to know that my purchase was a “blind” one, where I asked numerous times (by phone & email) if the car had been damaged in any way, before deciding to proceed with it. Not a single time I was told about any damage or problems related to this specific vehicle. Unfortunately, after I took the car to the local Lexus dealership in my hometown in Canada, I was told that the left side passenger door in place IS NOT THE ORIGINAL LEXUS DOOR! After doing a thorough research and investigation, I am now able to prove that this vehicle (which was sold to me under the premise of “no previous accident” vehicle) HAS BEEN previously involved in collision/accident! What is truly appalling is that the collision actually happened at their own lot, during the regular 10,000 miles service! At their own lot!!! After the collision, the previous owner, (whom I was able to contact and get the official statement from) received a brand new vehicle form this dealer as a replacement for the damaged one. The vehicle in question was fixed, painted and offered for sale to unsuspected customers like me. Of course, no record about this can be found anywhere, especially not on the CarFax, despite (as per the original owner) the police and emergency services being at the site and filing an official report! Actually, the excuse I kept hearing from Mr Emerick and Mr Harris was – “CarFax record is clean. We had no clue the vehicle had been involved in an accident”??! Had this been a single occurrence of a wrongful and fraudulent sales practice at this dealership, I would say – $#$@% happens. BUT, almost the same happened to another unsatisfied customer who previously posted at this website – PLESE CHECK THE "fedcop375" COMMENT FROM 1/6/2011. I did have a chance to speak with this gentleman, and I thank him for all the help. So, after at least 2 identical cases (proved and documented) where the Lexus of Towson staff knowingly mislead and lied to customers, I wonder how many more unsuspected buyers were taken for a ride? This is not a random thing – it is a regular sales practice at this place, and I would never recommend doing a business with the Lexus of Towson. They are a bunch of crooks, if you ask me. Finally - For all this, after 2 months of trying to get justice from Lexus of Towson, I was offered a FREE OIL CHANGE by their service manager, Mt Steven Harris???! What a gem this guy is! Not a single word of acknowledgment that they have repeatedly lied and misrepresented anything and everything in regards to this sale, and definitely not an offer worth considering. Truly a pathetic try to compensate me for all the headaches I went through the previous few months. More

I am in the service industry and I realize the importance of providing good customer service. As a new owner of a Lexus, I was unsure about going to a new service dealer and as well, a dealer that was forty of providing good customer service. As a new owner of a Lexus, I was unsure about going to a new service dealer and as well, a dealer that was forty-five minutes from my home. I was greeted by friendly attendants who directed me to a service manager. James Strand was extremely helpful and courteous answering my questions and then providing me with a loaner vehicle so I could continue to visit my clients in the area. James called on my cell phone to tell me the car was ready- one and a half hours early than was promised. The guest services staff was also friendly, helpful, and prompt with the assessed charges and payment. James then guided me to my washed vehicle and even helped carry some items from the loaner car to my car. Great service with a smile! I look forward to doing future business with Lexus of Towson again. More
I recently purchased a certified RX 350 from Lexus of Towson - this being my 4th Lexus. I absolutely love the Lexus brand (15 years of continuous driving) but had VERY bad experiences with Len Stoler Lex Towson - this being my 4th Lexus. I absolutely love the Lexus brand (15 years of continuous driving) but had VERY bad experiences with Len Stoler Lexus (who incidentily owns Lexus of Towson). I started getting my Lexus serviced at Lexus of Towson and overall had a wonderful experience with them. There is one service advisor (can't think of his name) was is just absolute HEAVEN to deal with. So even though Len Stoler in Owings Mills treated me very badly, I thought I would give Lexus of Towson a chance when I purchased my next Lexus. Everything went great! I can't say that I got a fantastic deal - but I did get fantastic service. I am really pleased with how the transaction transpired - absolutely no hassles. They sent someone to pick me up and he arrived when they said he would and was absolutely a gem (the driver Kyle). I would highly recommend this dealership - for both sales and service. Avoid, though, Len Stoler Lexus in Owings Mills. I wouldn't buy a dead rat from them. The difference between the 2 dealerships though owned by the same owner apparently is MARKED. If you want to be treated courteously, with respect and have a pretty much zero hassle experience, then Lexus of Towson is the place to buy your next Lexus! More

My wife loved her previous 2001 RX300 so much a new RX was our definitive choice for a replacement. And with over eight years of excellent service at this dealership, Lexus of Towson was our first and only choice. We worked with the sales manager, Paul Longaker, who gave us the absolutely best price of any dealer around. He was so easy to work with and really appreciated our loyalty in purchasing and servicing our vehicles at Lexus of Towson. Purchasing from people like Paul is quite refreshing and really changes the way people think about the car-buying experience. We also perform all our services at the dealership because we trust Lexus of Towson will perform the job correctly, do what they say they will do, and not try to gouge us for unnecessary repairs. And if any mishaps occur to your Lexus, they will do everything to make it right and you happy. Accidents can happen anywhere you service your car, but knowing that if anything happens while at Lexus of Towson, they will make it right, keeps me coming back. Lexus automobiles are certainly not the cheapest luxury brand out there, but I believe there is more to purchasing a car than just the automobile, and that is the service your local dealership provides after you purchase the car and continue that relationship. I thoroughly enjoy working with Paul during any car purchase. I recently purchased a 2010 ES 350 Ultra for my wife. I have maintained an excellent relationship with Paul and sent several of my clients to him whether they were interested in a new or pre-owned vehicle. I often recommend that they talk to Paul first and then compare with other dealerships. The dealership always has a unique mix of vehicles that appeal to an array of tastes. I have never felt even the slightest bit of pressure in purchasing vehicles from him. The used car manager Steven Harris is also an excellent person to buy from because he has broad knowledge not only of pre-owned Lexus products, but the rest of their inventory. Both of these gentlemen take time to get to know your thought process when purchasing a vehicle, what suits your personality, and alert you to trends in the marketplace that will make your purchase prudent today and in the future. When it's time for my daughter to buy a car in the years to come we will be going to see Paul Longaker. The is always my first and last stop for buying any vehicle. More
