Horrible customer service I picked my vehicle up from being serviced. My paperwork stated the mileage out was 80,162. Upon entering my vehicle my gas light was on and t I picked my vehicle up from being serviced. My paperwork stated the mileage out was 80,162. Upon entering my vehicle my gas light was on and the odometer read 80, 185. When I questioned the service advisor about this I was told they had to do an extended road test. When asked why the mileage was not documented correctly on my paperwork..... no one could answer the question. Extremely poor service especially for a "luxury" dealership. I get treated better at the Toyota dealership when I take my beater Corolla in for service! More

Worst customer service ever Loaner car got a slight damage over the rear quarter panel. They pretty told me I had to pay my deductible up front. Will never use them ever. He was incredibly helpful and allowed me to take my time in making a decision without pressuring me to buy the car on the spot. The used car manager was also very professional while negotiating the deal as was every other employee I encountered at the dealership. I will definitely purchase my next car from Lexus of Towson! Bad Service Department I had a local tire company install new tires and wheels on my 2015 ES350. I went to Lexus of Towson to have my TPMS sensor reprogrammed to extinguish I had a local tire company install new tires and wheels on my 2015 ES350. I went to Lexus of Towson to have my TPMS sensor reprogrammed to extinguish the tire pressure warning indicator. The service rep told me they couldn't do it because they were not Lexus TPMS sensors. After spending $280 for the new sensor in the install I was not happy and called my tire installer. He said that was completely untrue and that I should try another dealer. So I took it to Bill Kidd's Toyota and they reprogrammed the sensors without issue. I'm not sure I'll return to Lexus of Towson, I've dealt with a lot of dealerships but have never had one flagrantly lie to me like that. More
Horrible Information Given My Lexus lease ran out in December, so I received two quotes for a new lease; one from my current dealership and then one from Towson Lexus. Connor w My Lexus lease ran out in December, so I received two quotes for a new lease; one from my current dealership and then one from Towson Lexus. Connor would not give me a quote over the phone, but yet wanted to see the competition's quote emailed to him. I had just had surgery and it was going to be difficult to drive the 45 minutes just see their quote. But, I did make the trip. The quote was not ready when I arrived, as promised. Plus the car color I requested was not there to look at. I sat there for 35 minutes waiting for the car to arrive from another dealership. After an hour Connor said the car they were going to bring to show me, got sold. Then he pulls out leasing papers that were blank and wanted me to sign my name on the pages with no figures filled in. I refused. He never said are you now ready to move forward with a leasing agreement. I was only there that day to pick up my quote. Every question I had on each line item of the lease, Conner would jump up from his desk and go ask the manager the answer to my question. This went on for about 30 minutes and about 20 trips to his manager's office. I know Connor was new to the dealership, so I fault this manger for not coming over to his desk to address my questions. It was like he was trying to set Connor up to fail in front of his customer. Next thing I know I am now in front of the leasing person . I was told I could not use my current PA tags. I was also told I could get my PA inspection now without my new PA registration being mailed to me. Both of these items untrue! I have no confidence in this dealership from the top management down. Horrible experience. More

Most recently, they honored a negotiation that I made at the time of purchase that covered the brakes for a specified period of time. My service advisor (Vince Geppi) notified me of the brake issue, verified the agreement, and the Service Department performed the arranged brake service at no cost to me. Vince was very helpful and this was a sign of commitment to the customer that I greatly appreciated. More
