Steve polo was awesome. Not your typical car salesperson with all unnecessary questions. He was extremely easy to work with, answered all questions and couldn’t have been more accommodating. I had a disappointing experience with a rude and unhelpful salesman here. He did little more than provide the keys for our test drives, which took a total of about an hour. It was busy that day, so unhelpful salesman here. He did little more than provide the keys for our test drives, which took a total of about an hour. It was busy that day, so I can understand his inattentiveness, but he was patronizing and short during our subsequent email exchanges as well. When I later informed him that I purchased a vehicle elsewhere, his response was rude, patronizing, and completely inappropriate, and unprofessional. His managers then ignored this behavior. This establishment clearly does not have respect or decency towards its customers. More
