We had a great experience purchasing my nearly new SUV from Lexus of Towson. It was exactly what I wanted, so I drove from Norfolk, VA to pick it up. Brian Legge answered my questions easily, and he obta from Lexus of Towson. It was exactly what I wanted, so I drove from Norfolk, VA to pick it up. Brian Legge answered my questions easily, and he obtained everything I needed immediately for a very quick turnaround. In this market if you blink twice, someone else will get the car you want. I had to have this — The price was $1,000s less than I expected. The paperwork was complete when I arrived, so the time we spent at the dealership was minimal. I also want to thank Caio DaCruz for his help with my credit union. We were on our way back home in no time! More

Absolutely horrible! ! I purchased a Lexus Nx just a few months ago from here. Big mistake! I've been back and forth multiple times to get a repair. The same repair multip ! I purchased a Lexus Nx just a few months ago from here. Big mistake! I've been back and forth multiple times to get a repair. The same repair multiple times I'll added each time they gave me a loaner. The loaner vehicles never have any gas and are dirty. I wish I never trusted them with my business. Now I'll be stuck with a piece of crap. Thanks guys! More
