KUDOS TO GEORGE, JOE, AND CAIO OF LEXUS OF TOWSON! We recently bought a new 2023 RX 350 hybrid SUV at Lexus of Towson and had a great experience! Initially, we met Mr. George Zicopoulos, a sales We recently bought a new 2023 RX 350 hybrid SUV at Lexus of Towson and had a great experience! Initially, we met Mr. George Zicopoulos, a sales consultant, who was most helpful. He informed us about the various cars which seemed to be of interest to us and arranged for us to take a test drive. Unfortunately, the car which we were most interested in was not available for a test drive but he told us when one might be available in the near future. Most importantly, he informed us that the RX350 hybrid was in high demand and that an option for obtaining one was to give a deposit to reserve one for us based upon a known allocation of such a car to Lexus of Towson or by specifying the the car we would like and letting him reserve the car for us when such an allocation was made to Lexus of Towson. Shortly thereafter, we spoke to George and he let us know that they had received 2 car allocations which might be of interest to us and that he had a new brochure on the RX 350 2023 line of cars. When we picked up the 2023 book, we received the specifications of the 2 recent car allocations and reserved one which was to be built in a few weeks and to be delivered some weeks later. We subsequently learned that there was a hiccup in our reserved car from the Sales Manager, Mr. Caio Da Cruz who apologized for the problem and assured us that he would focus on getting us the car we wanted by searching nationwide for a trade from another dealership of a car allocation of our desire. Soon after he called to inform us of the good news that he had located a car which we wanted and could reserve it and and negotiated a good price with us with some compensation for the hiccup which had occurred. A few weeks later Mr. Da Cruz confirmed that our reserved car had been built and was on its way to Lexus of Towson. A few days later we were surprised but delighted to hear from George that our car had arrived in Towson and could pick it up on the next day, approximately a month earlier than what we had initially expected. We were excited to pick up our new car and finalize the deal but had some anxiety about whether the everything would be as expected or not because we had not bought a new car for ourselves in many years and did not always have a good experience previously with the final purchase of a new car. However, much to our surprise, everything went as we had hoped it would be and we are happy to say that it was a great experience at Lexus of Towson up to the end of our purchase. George Zicopoulos showed us the car and spent quite a bit of time reviewing its operation including a lot of the technology. George also completed some paperwork with us and Caio Da Cruz, Sales manager stopped by to greet us. We subsequently completed the paperwork for the purchase of the car and and titling/registration and also reviewed options for an extended warranty very factually with Mr. Joe Sikorsky, Business/Financial Manager. Of great relief to us, the price for the car and money we owed was exactly what had been agreed to previously! Of additional note, there was a minor problem with the car but George assured us that he would address the issue and have the car ready for pickup the next day, which was the case! We love our new car and were most impressed with the great experience of this purchase at Lexus of Towson! At no time did we feel pressured by George Zicopoulos to do anything and found him to be friendly, pleasant, and always trying to be helpful in any way we desired. He also followed up with us a few days later with a call to see how we were doing and if we had any questions or problems with our new car. He also subsequently e-mailed us to offer us an opportunity to schedule a time with him to review any questions about operating the car. We consider that his behavior throughout the whole experience demonstrates that he is an outstanding and excellent sales consultant, and also a nice person! We also compliment Mr. Sikorsky for being so friendly, pleasant and professional with the final purchasing paperwork. Finally, last but not least, we were most impressed with Mr. Caio Da Cruz, Sales Manager, for the excellence he exhibited by apologizing and accepting responsibility with the hiccup with our originally reserved car, and for his exceptional diligence in finding us a car we wanted, and then negotiating a final price which seemed fair to us and also to Lexus of Towson. Overall, we found our experience at Lexus of Towson to be great and far exceeded what we had expected it might be for buying a new car. We look forward to our continued interactions with Mr. George Zicopoulos regarding learning about the car’s operation and extensive technology and also plan to have our car serviced there. We hope that out experience with the service department will be as great as it has been with the sales department.
