I called and he’s not interested in doing the right thing. I gave them a brand new BLACK LEXUS and they gave it back to me with a paper white mark across my hood that was viewed and witnessed by their employee, but they are claiming it could have happened anywhere. Anyone who’s interested in buying a Lexus, do yourself a favor and don’t go to Lexus of Tampa Bay. It’s becoming worst than a buy here pay here dealership. The cost to repair the damage is $500-$700 and they would rather lose good customers rather than pay for the damage they caused. Unethical business practices will catch up with them eventually.

I will decline your offer to call you. I've said what I needed to say. There is simply no longer term plan that can survive deception. Lexus, LS 460 as an automoibile is about the best their is and the dealership presenting them should be absolutely, without question, outstanding. The marque deserves no less.
