Previous service advisor Brian was much better than new Advisor. I had 60k service and spent $1300. From when I pulled up new service advisor was not engaging or too friendly. Service was great. I was very grateful to get a loaner vehicle. However, Lexus quality should check those vehicles over before letting them out. I went to Lexus of Tampa Bay on Saturday for routine maintenance and to have a recall taken care of. The scheduler was great about getting a Saturday appointment for me.
