I've owned 5 different models of Lexus over the years. My current Service Advisor, Pam Moore is excellent in her job. However, I was astounded at the line of cars waiting to enter the service lane. Even though I was a few minutes early for my service appointment, I had to wait on the street just off of Dale Mabry for the several cars in front of me to turn left onto the lane to enter the service dept . I saw only two (2) service intake guys approaching the first cars in line to gather their info and inform the appropriate service advisors. As a former business owner, I find this dealership's management lacking in oversight and coordination of real time management. More

Service people are very nice. but the facility is under construction. Waiting room is too small, not well ventilated. It is very easy to have the Covid virus spread out.
