I drove my Lexus SUV into the service bay without an appointment because I was having problems. The gentleman that helped me was kind and listened to my dilemma and my disaster of a day. The service department asked if I could leave the car which I did, they made sure I had a reliable car to drive. Even though there were more things that needed repair than we anticipated, they repaired my car, cleaned it and polished it. I now feel comfortable that my car is safe and reliable. We purchased the vehicle from the Lexus dealership on Dale Mabry in Tampa, Florida, they have continued to maintain it and treat us with kindness each time we bring the vehicle in for service. The service dept. checks the vehicles maintenance to records to make sure they are not repeated in previous work. We trust them and will continue to use the service and sales departments in the future. More
The service at Lexus of Tampa is always excellent and reasonable cost wise. This is my second Lexus to have serviced here so I have 8 years of experience. Once again I had a 3 hr wait only to find out what had been repaired at my last visit when you had my car for 3 weeks has the same problem on another wheel. I feel a little let down my the dealership as m been repaired at my last visit when you had my car for 3 weeks has the same problem on another wheel. I have a Lexus 350. Came in for 40000 service. Service went great and was done as advise. But after I left I went shopping. Went to open my trunk and nothing would work Came in for 40000 service. Service went great and was done as advise. But after I left I went shopping. Went to open my trunk and nothing would work I called and left two messages and none were returned. I finally figured out based on going through Manual that the techs working on my car had shut off the auto trunk open and close which made no sense to me. Not pleased in any way. More

Very courteous staff. Unfortunately car was not fixed properly and had tbe returned the following week.
