Was able to schedule an appointment on short notice to have my battery replaced. However on the bill there was a notation that indicated that I "Declined to have multi point inspection performed". I was have my battery replaced. However on the bill there was a notation that indicated that I "Declined to have multi point inspection performed". I was never asked if I want the inspection done and did not know it was an option. More

You should have asked for one word to describe my experience for this visit to Lexus of Tampa Bay...Wow! I've been disappointed with service before, this was NOT that. This experience made me feel ee experience for this visit to Lexus of Tampa Bay...Wow! I've been disappointed with service before, this was NOT that. This experience made me feel eerie at first. Allow me to explain. The greeter was friendly, engaging and thorough with his initial intake. My advisor, Ms. Vargas, was exceptionally professional, to the point, detailed and exact with what to expect from my visit. Though the service department is working in austere conditions due to construction, you couldn't tell by the actions of the in-taker (I am remiss for not asking his name), the lounge area, and Ms. Vargas. I was there for way less time than expected and when I got my invoice, I was pleasantly surprised to see what needed to be done, what "checked" ok, and what the cost associated with each service would cost up front, like an a la carte menu. Ms. Vargas answered my questions to my complete satisfaction, thanked me for bringing my vehicle in to Lexus of Tampa Bay, escorted me to the door, showed me my vehicle and I was on my way. The eerie part of this scenario is that I felt that at any moment the bottom of the real world would fall out and I would be in this quasi "Get Out" scenario. I was quite pleased, with this visit, and I am enthused about going back for the recommended services. I have NEVER felt this way at Lexus of Tampa Bay, hence, the eerie feeling. I don't know if anything was adjusted, tightened or tweaked, but if so, thank you! I went in with a loose front end suspension, it is now closer to like when I bought it new. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you! Now to close this "15 Word Minimum" feedback. In the past I have been harsh with my feedback of Lexus of Tampa Bay because I expected so much more. I paid a premium price for the perfect vehicle, and it is a perfect vehicle. I expected premium service and felt like I did not receive that. This time everything was premium. When I left the service department I was elated. So much so that I laid my top back, dropped my windows and got Crunked!... what can I say, it's Tampa Bay!!! More
