They are always prompt, courtesy and nice. But wasn't satisfied this time because all my issues were not solved. I've issue with my TPS not working properly and this is second time it was che But wasn't satisfied this time because all my issues were not solved. I've issue with my TPS not working properly and this is second time it was checked and it still doesn't work and only option given was replace all my sensors for 100 dollars each, my light not on indicating a problem but as soon as i get in my car the light come on indicating issue with a sensor in tires. Not sure what to do about issue, uneasy about knowing if there is a issue with pressure in my tires. FRUSTRATING. More

Originally there was a recall of my Lexus ES 350 to change the dashboard out because it became gummy and melted. A new dashboard was replaced free of charge and within a year it also became gummy and g change the dashboard out because it became gummy and melted. A new dashboard was replaced free of charge and within a year it also became gummy and gluey. Called Lexus about the problem and neither Lexus Of Tampa Bay corporate would honor a new dashboard. So they basically replaced one bad part with another. Went in to have my tires rotated and one of their employees left the Lugnuts off of the front tire, luckily no one in my family was injured and the car had to be towed back to the dealership four lug replacement. They don’t stand behind their product and they certainly aren’t in the category of elite. More

They always go one step ahead! We went there to get a replacement key that was lost and they washed and waxed the car as a courtesy.
