Maybe it's because I'm used to the exceptional service from Johnson Lexus in NC, but the service I got at Lexus of Tampa Bay was abysmal: 1) got suggested repairs worth $14k for my 2011 IS250 in immaculat from Johnson Lexus in NC, but the service I got at Lexus of Tampa Bay was abysmal: 1) got suggested repairs worth $14k for my 2011 IS250 in immaculate condition (no wonder why people are buying Teslas and avoiding these repair expenses) 2) my service specialist (David) didn't call me to let me now that my car was ready 3) It took me 1 hour to find someone on the phone from the service department to see if my car was ready - and of course it was, just no one cared to notify me (FYI this is all happening on a Friday at 6:30pm - are you going to leave me without a car for all weekend for no reason?) Greetings, The dealership is amazing, I now drive a 2015 RX350 and I received the same professional consideration as when I brought my 1999 RX in for service. I am the CEO of Glasco Bus and if and when you showcase it and or launch I would like to be considered and view it as an honor to drive it. Outstanding... for sure. I would like to know the asking price I sincerely need and want two of them. Consider me for a driving position to deliver that amazing equipment all over the country and yes I am experienced in the driveaway area, I have traveled to 48 of the continent states, I am a professional driver for 40 years, so consider me to deliver her to the appropriate destination.
