My serviceman, Scott is the best that I have ever had. He got me in for my 30,000 mile service, got me a loner car and had the car ready when I returned. Greetings, The dealership is amazing, I now drive a 2015 RX350 and I received the same professional consideration as when I brought my 1999 RX in for service.
