On this visit, I arrived about 45 minutes early - hoping to be able to be on my way a little sooner. I was greeted by a porter who promised to track down my service advisor. I cheerfully waited in my car. Within about 2-3 minutes, another porter came to my door asking if I would like a water while I waited. Such a small gesture - but it speaks volumes about the car this dealership takes with it's customers. My service advisor Ryan was extremely professional - told me exactly what work would be done, how much it would cost and how long it would take. And he and his team absolutely delivered on every single word he said. It's not convenient for me to drive all the way to Tampa - but it's well worth if for the satisfaction and peace of mind.
